I recently contacted them re the Archos 101 internet tablet. The number I contacted them on was 023 8083 9259.

They were very helpful and explained their policy for returning items was if it has been bought within a 28 day period the store will accept the goods and either replace or refund to you the amount paid. Archos will provide you with a reference number to take to the store with you. Their other alternative is they shall replace the item but this takes approx 4 weeks.
