I Am Very Frustrated. Please Help
I called customer service 866-8200765, she could not answer my question and gave me the number 800 627 8797, I called 3 times and waited waited and got disconnected, than I called main number above with 866, there is no connection who will help me

Sorry you are frustrated but it depends on what you need assistance handling. There are different contact numbers regarding enrollment, benefits and claims processing. You can also contact them with correspondence. If you have an Anthem office in your town you might want to drop in during business hours, they normally have no problem dealing with walkins.
