When Will Id Cards Arrive?
When will ID cards arrive for new members who enrolled and paid in November?

You should have already recieved them, I suggest you call CS@ 888-231-5046: Say "Get associate" or "Member" at prompt OR press 0 for Corporate Accounts; to resolve your issue.
