Panic Attack Made Me Leave Airplane At Gate, Can I Book Another Flight For No $

November 15, 2010 I was aboard an AA flight and I experienced an anxiety/panic attact and I had to leave the airplane before it left the gate. The flight attendantsw were very respectful, kind and polite while helping me up the ramp and they said I could rebook this flight if idid so within a year at no additional fee. I have written American Airlines three times between then and now and have gotter no response whatsoever. I would like to know how to get this matter resolved. Thank You, Mike Gayle
