Installed 550 Hd Radio. Pickups Stations But No Song, Or Sound

First check the connections to the speakers on both ends. If you can eliminate the wiring hookup isn't it, then you will have to look to the radios amplifier boards. Probably best left to the installer or take it to a certified installer to troubleshoot your unit.
