Navigation Froze Up.

Hi, I wanted to know if there is a way to do a hard reset on this unit? My navigation is not responding, when i put in an address it won't give me directions. Also the time won't update. Thanks.

There is a reset button all the way to the right front: Next to the model number there's a "sham button" with a little round button in its center. Push it with a pencil point, a toothpick, or anything skinny enough to contact that little round button. Push it and hold for 5 seconds. Unit will reset. You'll then have to go thru the menus and readjust all of your display preferences because they get erased. Don't forget to go into the clock and set it for Daylight Saving Time: in the clock menu that says 12hr/24/hr, there's a choice for this DST on setting.
