Alpine Inaw900e

I have just had a new complete Alpine system fitted to my car just over twelve months ago. Unit: INA-W900E I have been having problems with the phone bluetooth, for nearly 6 months where people on the other end of the phone line complain about background noise and that they can hardly hear me. I was told it is normally a headset problem, I would have thought that perhaps the cable to the headset from the microphone is faulty. Please let me know your thoughts. Kind regards, Chris

there is a mic input setting in the unit. it has to be connected correctly to use the parking brake while footbrakes are pressed, keep foot on brake, let off, then back on with parking brake, then let off both. Now you can access the "source" button, upper left wrench, the blue tooth, then mic input, if your too low, turn it up for more sensitivity
