Why My Phone Wont Charge The White Light Comes On But Wont Come On

if you face this kind of problems then you may have to change the battery of your mobile handset.
And I hope it will help you
Or there is a better option you can visit Alcatel customer care center and convety them about your problem and they surely will help you.
