How Do I Fix My Screenshot It Stopped Working
I have pressed the power and vol down button but it stopped working is there a setting for this

So setting in particular - try downloading and running the app called App Cache Cleaner and retry it. You can also try "Screen grabber" or resubmit including your Alcatel OT device's model.
