How Do I Find Or Get The Pin For My Onetouch Phone?
I would call but I'm being charged for the call and don't have enough minutes, especially after I'm put on hold

If you do not know your PIN code or if you have forgotten it, contact your network operator.

Is it a screen lock PIN? Then you can simply reset you Alcatel OT device to its factory settings - only not that the process deletes all user data and apps on the device's internal memory (contacts, messages, downloaded apps, etc.). Let us know the complete model number of the device (eg. Alca.. OT 4016X) and we will advise how you can go about resetting it.

Forgotten password: Enter the wrong password until the phone requires Google account to unlock. If you think this is a long process follow the instructions on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRut3P9Fn38 to hard reset your one touch.
Forgotten PIN Code: Enter a wrong PIN Code 3 times or until it says enter PUK code and then call your network service provider to request the code.
