Shutdown Unexpectedly

My brand new Acer Veriton Z4620G shuts down unexpectedly. It doesw not go into sleep mode and I need to reboot constantly. Is there a fix? Do I need to return this computer? Pleasse Help!

Greetings - You would do well to take it back - Unexplain shutdown can be owing to a number of things (including hardware failure). Troubleshooting the cause of sudden computer shutdowns envolves a number of things that may include opening the opening the computer (and thereby forfeit warrantees). Overheating is one of the causes of unexplained shutdown. hope this helps.
