Can Not Boot, Do I Need Restore Disc?

I tried to restore the Acer Aspire 7750Z to original state as when purchased.  I do not have a system disc.  Now on startup, I get the Windows Startup icon/words.... then the words 'setup is strting servies' displays for hours....nothing else happens.  how do I boot the computer.  I had no data to lose, so just want the computer as it was when purchased.  ( I had watched netflix on the computer, and suddenly could get no volume, and called netflix for help...but ended up with a mess !!

There is no other way to restore your Acer TravelMate 7750ZG but to use the restore/recovery disc. If you do not have any, you can purchase this type of disc at Amazon.com. Here's the link:
