Bettery Charging Problem

sir when i plug the switch it starting cahrging but when i unswitch the plug it remain show me the same icon it dosnt show the percentage whats problem is it sir and when i install the driver it give a message like this ( window could not load the installer for bettry .contact your hardware vendor for assistance) this message show when i click on driver for manage so whats problem sir and i use hp charger for accer leptop after this it show this problem so please kindly reply me and sent me please the link of dirver of this leptop Acer TravelMate 4020

These are the power adapterspecs for your pc: if the HP adapter you used produced a significant output, you probably blew something in the charging circuitry & a driver will not fix a circuit failure.
