Why Is Acer Chromebooks Not Able To Run The Epic Games Launcher?

You have to enable developer mode, enable Android apps, enable apps from unknown sources, and download the Epic Games launcher yourself using an Android phone. After all that, if your Chromebook doesn't make the grade, you won't be able to install or play Fortnite. ... Turn on Android apps for Chrome OS on your Chromebook.
Why Epic Games launcher is not working?
Check for updates. Check to see if there is an update for the Launcher. To do this, click on the top right of your screen to your profile and select the Settings if you see a button stating: RESTART AND UPDATE, select it to update the Launcher.
