Control Panel

Hello.:) I just bought this monitor. When I try using the control panel buttons on the monitor I don't know what to do for selecting what I want. It doesn't work with the key board or using a different button for sellecting. There's nothing in the manual that's clear to me about what to use for selecting. What do I do for sellecting after I press a button and it displays for something to be sellected? Thank you!

Using the buttons on most monitors can be confusing at first but luckily there are a only a few of them so it's easy to just play around with it until you figure it out.
