My Computer Has Recently Went Into A Not Working Mode. I Bought It With Windows
7 on it and then took the free download of 10 when it came along. After some time, drivers were missing and tried to do a re-install. At about 68% it stopped, froze, and stayed that way for hours. Now it won't do anything. It offers windows recovery, use another operating system, troubleshoot, reset this PC and start up repair as seen in exhibit A. Nothing happens. Not sure what I'm doing I went into BIOS. (just looking, not changing) Are image 2 and 3 normal or could this be my problem?

Go ahead and click on the startup repair icon. Sometimes when installing Windows 10, several problems exist.
If the problem continues, a reset may be your next option. If you are not familiar with doing a factory rest, it is best to allow a professional to look at it for you.
Also, if you recently purchased the item, check for warranties. Repair costs are most likely covered.
