My Recovery Disk, As Supplied With Acer Sa-80, Is Faulty. Can I Get Replacement?

Recovery disk not working & I get report tiowards the end of the reinstallation process which says 'missing preload log in 32 sys ins' or something very similar. Then malfunction & I have shut computer down. I'd like to obtain a new replacement recovery disk. Thanks, Paul
