For that press windows key + R key so you can see run type in run "devmgmt.msc" then press enter then you can see device manager.Select usb controller 1 by 1 right click on it then uninstall 1 by 1 then click on "scan for hardware changes" thenit will automatically reinstall all usb drivers.
Also sometimes comatibility problem create this issue.Remove driver or program which is reently installed and occur this issue.
