Aspire E1.531 External Mouse Conflict
Extern mouse stops responding, but touchpad works well. When i restar computer external mouise starts workings, after some use start failing, work, fail, work fail.

I have personally experienced this problem but unfortunately, this is related to the hardware failure of your mouse. There might a hardware failure on your mouse device which will need a replacement. You can buy a mouse from various online shoping stores.
