Is There Any Installation Cd With Laptop Acer Aspirev5_571g
i bought a new laptop acer aspire-v5 571g 6 month ago i got some problems its not starting may b windows crash is it possible to format it and yess when buying new laptop they where not supposed to give me free installation cd for acer aspire-v5? because i don't have any cd for the laptop

Greetings - Nowa days laptops rarely comes with installation discs - instead they have what is called an eRecovery Partition within their hard drives where a copy or an image of the laptop's software when new is stored - which should be used to restore the laptop's software in cases of system crashes - below are instructions that should be able to help you restore your laptops's software to its factory defauts or settings (you can try to start from step number 5 going up as I expect the D2D to be already enabled) -
