How Can I Use The Tv As A Screen Via The Hdmi Connnection.

You just need to purchase an HDMI cable and plug one end into the TV and the other into the HDMI output on your laptop. Once it's hooked up and the TV is set to the correct input, just press and hold the "Fn" key on your keyboard and press F5. That should toggle you through the different display options.

You will need to hook one end of the HDMI cable to your computer and one to your HD TV. Once that is done press Fn + F5 or change your display settings to the HD TV.

Windows 8:

To change the display settings right click on your desktop and press screen resolution. Then under display change it to your HD TV.

Windows 7:

Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution. Then under the display change it to your HD TV.
