Acer 5755g Cant Drive The Internal Hard Disk

i have acer 5755G and it cant read hard drive properly so cant operate the windows while the win 8.1 installed on HDD, when i install the new windows error appears that windows cant format the selection partition and cant instal the windows.Thanks for hel

It sounds like the hard drive is either dead or dying. It would be best to bring the laptop to a local repair shop so they can replace the hard drive and reinstall Windows for you. They can also try and recover any data you may need from the dead drive.
