Acer Aspire 3620 Bios Upgrade Fails
My Aspire has v.1.01 bios and I downloaded and unzipped v.1.06 bios but when i tried to flash my bios to 1.06 it fails. Wen I run AG1A106.BAT I got a message "WinFlash Will start, please wait....and then message WFlash Error "Open flash.sys fail". And if I run AG1A-106 I got the same message. Phoenix PHLASH16 gave an error message"Cannot flash if Memory Managers (e.g. EMM386) present. PRESS ANY KEY TO EXIT. What I did wrong! My system runs Windows Vista Business 32 bit with 768 Mb Ram, 40 Gb HDD, Intel Celeron M 370 prosessor.
