Installed Avg2013. Still Had Virus. Paid 49.49. Now Need Refund
was running free avg. had serious virus. downloaded full version and still could not remove virus.i am now requesting- full refund of $49.49. mastercard debit card...rita g. hebert. please expedite as i am anxious to resolve this issue. thank you for your cooperation. r.hebert
