Irritating Display
My PC output signal on lcd monitor is very bad, noisy, unstable. it irritates an eye how can i overcome this please? i have tried with xp and win 7. when the pc is turned off the display is okay. but the bad thing happens when it starts up? i have tried with agp-video-card and on-board-chip. it is the same kind of problem for both. so it must be other two reasons. do i just have to buy and replace the 300W PSU. and how can i checkout the overheating?

300 watt is too small a power supply for that motherboard. Remember that it has to run the hard disk(s) and everything else. I wouldn't go less than 500 watt myself. (personally I use a 1000 watt supply, but thats just me...)
