System Is Powering Up. Fan Is Ok. I Heard The Beep. But No Visuals On The
monitor. Seems not connected even if its connected. I was expecting to see the BIOS setup screen. What is to expect upon power-up assuming that all connections and peripherals are ok?

Hi. If you heard the start up beep, the issue should lie along the display port, cable to the monitor. You are to see the Logo slash and BIOS if all is in place.
