Unresolved Problem with Frozen Water Supply Tube to Ice Maker

I purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator new, a year ago and every couple of months, the water supply tube to the ice maker freezes up and the ice maker stops making ice. I have had seven repair technicians out to look this over and not one of them has solved this problem. Whirlpool has ignored the problem too. Other than this, I like the other features of this model.
