Align the holes in the Front Leg and the Curl Post. Make sure that you fully tighten the Adjustment Knob. Secure the Curl Post with the Adjustment Knob (28). Note: When the Curl Pad (11) is not in use, the 38mm Square Inner Cap (14) should be attached to the weight bench. Insert the Curl Post (7) into the Front Leg (5). 11 7 14 28 5 11 ATTACHING THE CURL POST For some exercises, the Curl Pad (11) must be inserted into the indicated hole in the Front Leg (5).
Align the holes in the Front Leg and the Curl Post. Make sure that you fully tighten the Adjustment Knob. Secure the Curl Post with the Adjustment Knob (28). Note: When the Curl Pad (11) is not in use, the 38mm Square Inner Cap (14) should be attached to the weight bench.
