If you cannot find a paper jam, try checking inside the machine. 1 Open the top cover and front cover, and lift the developer unit together with the toner container out of the machine. 2 Drum Unit IMPORTANT Be careful not to be pinched by rollers, pull it along the normal running direction of the machine.
