Great looking Fridge....one problem after another

We love the look and size of this ridge but I never expected to have to babysit something I paid $1800.00 for. The fan motor that moves the cold air from the freezer to the fridge failed and we had to replace it...lost hundreds in food that time and now...3 months later , the temp control panel stopped working and we lost everything in the freezer AND fridge (not to mention the smell when we finally got home and opened the doors !!!) and found out online that the aure is to unplug the unt and plug it back in !!! It worked and the freezer and fridge are cold again...but now I have to think about it failing again ...all the time. If you can't trust a $1800.00 fridge to do what it's supposed to do at all times ....what's the point of having it ??
