Why Is My Net Book Keyboard Doesn't Work Properly And It Shows Auto Command?

Is it possible that my emachines em350 break down if it is stocked and unable to open or used for about 8 months? It just happened that after 8 months I've opened my net book but upon opening it I cant be able to access my admin account at first I thought I just forgot my admin password that's why I tried to open it using the guest account but then apparently I tried to switch to admin account and I tried to input the same password I was shocked because I successfully log as an admin so it means the reason for my failure login on my first attemt is not about my password nor i forgot my password. And I can't normally open a certain folder because every time I tried to double click the folder icon instead to open it, it shows the properties of that particular folder. Also I've noticed that there something wrong on my keyboard and on my touchpad. And I tried to re format my netbook hoping that it will work properly but there's no change at all.  Is there anyone who can help me to solve this problem? Thanks in advanced. :)
