Emachine 350-21g16ikk

I wasn't able to reformat my emachine 350-21g16ikk because the system didn't allow it to delete the old files because it was password protected but i didn't remember that i put a password in my notebook, please help me on how to reformat my notebook.   thanks,   Ram

The reformat that you are referring to is actually the restore to factory default.
