Alister 'new Duds' Quest

Hi, I am having an issue with the Alister "new Duds" quest. I have purchased his new outfit twice. A very pricey venture. But neither time did it register within the quest. I need assistance to resolve this issue. Was advised to go to Customer Service. Not finding that heading so putting it here. Please help. thank you
