I Have A Completed Quest That Will Not Register As Having Been Completed.

All of the needed items are checked off, but the quest will not go away and I have not received the rewards for completing the quest. Upon completion of the quest, a new scene is supposed to be unlocked that I need to play for another quest. The current quest that is not registering has a 2 day time limit on it, as does the one that it is supposed to lead into, but I am not going to be able to finish the next quest because of the issues with the previous one.
