How Do You Contact Zynga About Dream Zoo Issues? I Can't Find A Way Via My Pc.

This afternoon, I noticed that my expecting couples did not display the icon in the crib that is usually there while you're waiting for your delivery. If you click on any crib, the screen comes up that shows how much longer you have to wait and the option to purchase another stork but the main screen shows all cribs to be empty.  I wanted to contact Zynga to find out what the problem is. Going to the Zynga website was a waste of time and I tried all kinds of ways to do this...they don't even show Dream Zoo as an option. They don't show androids as an option.  It was very frustrating.
