Dream Zoo Expansion Problems

HEllo. In my Dream Zoo, I have two expansions that are permanently in "construction" mode and won't finish building, even though they are both well past the time when it said they would be finished. Also, when I click on the expansion, I don't see a time saying when it's going to be completed, and it let's me buy another expansion. I play on my iPhone. If you could help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Because you  can't do two or more expansion or it does not work anymore so want u need to do is go to ur app then put dream zoo then get out of there and put dream zoo then delete it then really fast Go to app then reload it

This has happened to me and I fixed it by turning my device off, turned it on again and the construction site had disappeared and was back to normal ready to continue using the new site.
