Full Yamaha Pr7

My recorder is full but I can't delete the files from the menu and cannot see the files on the computer or the recorder. Will not play or record and reports it is full. Can I reset it back to factory? or is there a way to delete files I cannot see?

On the computer, right click on the recorder's storage drive and select Format and confirm as the drive seems corrupted.
