Could It Be Leaking Refridgeration Fluid? Food Stinks And Taste Funny

my food all has a matalic taste. from butter, to cheese, the fridge is clean but last week it started making all the food taste bad. there are no spills, it is only a few months old so it is very clean. but it just started making stuff taste bad. Is there a possible leak of refridgeration coolent? would adjusting the temp cause this problem
