Washer Won't Work

I had no issues the first few months of use. A few weeks ago, I noticed that it wasn't spinning the clothes out. A technician came out and said nothing was wrong, and he recalibrated the washer and left. I tried to do a load of laundry, and it did the same thing-- won't spin out, unless I put it on "Drain and Spin" after washing and then it will drain and spin. Called tech back, a different one came out and said he couldn't find anything wrong, the washer wasn't throwing any error codes. Said the control board must be bad. He replaced it with a new one. NO CHANGE in performance. Tech comes out AGAIN, says actuator must be bad. He has to order part and come back. Again. He replaced the actuator this morning and now the washer has been on the wash cycle, agitating, for over an hour. My washer has somehow managed to get WORSE after having a new control panel and actuator installed. Tech said he will try and come back today to re-install my OLD control board, recalibrate, and see if it will work. I don't have high hopes and am VERY frustrated.
