Model Wtw4850xq0 Actuator Failed Again. Other Causes?

It won't move past sensing - the actuator makes a funny noise (like the tub is stuck or something), and the part of the sensing cycle where the "lid lock" led is supposed click off/on and then water fills the tank doesn't happen.
