Clothes Not Dry In 2 Hours - Washer Ok

i tried to dry clothes for 2 hours and still not dry. I felt inside the dryer and it seemed not, not sure if it actually blew hot air out or not. I cleaned up all the clog, vacuumm all dirt and stuff, but seemed didn't help. Any suggestion? fuse broken or electric loose?
