Game Cartridge Thinks It Is Full.

When the game cartridge is inserted into the mobigo it says "Tap a picture to choose a game", but there are 0/0 games. There are no games found. When the mobigo is connected to a computer with a usb cable and the vtech software is used, it says "Available Memory: Not enough memory". No games can be transferred as it says "There is not enough space in the target device's memory. Please remove some items from the device and try again." Tried to wipe cartridge with cue tip with alcohol, no change. This did work at one time. Any suggestions would be apprecaited. The cartridge is not that old. Is there a way to erase the games or clear the cartridge (even though none are listed)? Thanks, Neal Saternos
