Smart Watch Connected Via Usb Cable But Device Not Found
I am trying to set up an account on Learning Lodge and register my sons Smart Watch but I keep getting the message that the device is not found and to connect it to the PC. I have tried turning the PC and the watch on and off, and have used the USB in different ports but to no avail.Strangely It seems to register the device in order to download pictures and videos that have been taken?thanksEmma

Trouble connecting to computer
Despite your best efforts, the smart watch doesn't appear to connect to the computer.
Watch software errorResetting the watch will reboot the software, and possibly get rid of any issues the watch has in connecting. To reset the watch, flip the master power switch to the "OFF" position for 30 seconds, then flip it back to "ON". Push the home button to turn the watch back on, and try connecting to the computer again.
Bad cableIf rebooting the watch doesn't work, the problem may lie in the connecting cable being used. Test the cable with another device and USB port, and if the cable fails to connect, then it may need to be replaced.
Bad USB port on computerThe USB port on the computer may be the issue. If connecting the watch works on another computer, then there's a possibility that the port on your computer is faulty. Using a different port should work.
Bad USB port on smart watchIf none of the above solutions fix the problem, then the USB port on the watch may be faulty. The only way to fix this is to replace the circuit board.
