Vonage Dve Model Dsa-18w-12 Us1 120180

Disconnected from Century Link DSL line so they could trouble shoot. Am unable to reconnect to Vonage device. Have plugged Century Link Internet cable directly into computer to be able to work. Have Netgear. How do I reconnect everything and have Vonage?
