We Have A Panasonic Th-50pz800u Television With A Vizio Vht215 Soundbar With Sub
We have a Panasonic TH-50pz800u television with a Vizio VHT215 soundbar with sub-woofer. We are getting no sound or picture. We have the HDMI cable plugged into the soundbar in1 and then plugged into hdmi1 in the back of the TV. We have the directv cable plugged into out(arc) in the soundbar. We have no picture or sound - when we plug the directv cable into the TV, the TV picture and TV sound are on.Also, my son connected the sound through the remote for the soundbar. I don't know if this adds to the problem or not.It was working but all of a sudden it's not.Thank you for your help
