How To Get Off Change Language Screen Without Remote

There are simply 3 sections of buttons Volume does Up/down Channel does left/right NAVIGATION of the menu. Menu SELECTS. Select. So all you need to do is move DOWN to language, move Right to English then SELECT it with the menu button.
