Vizio E260mv Will Not Tune Inchannels

Sony and other Vizio tvs will tune in the number.decimal channels in the cable channel guide. The E260MV places most of them in weird number.decimal places. For example, channel 8.1 is found at 13.2. Channel 31.1 is found at 18.31. Anyone know what's going on with this?
