Mifi Card Won't Turn On

I PURCHASED A MIFI CARD, AND IT HAS BEEN A CHALLENGE AT BEST. EVERY MONTH IT HAS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM. THIS MONTH, THE CARD RAN OUT OF ITS CHARGE. I PLUGGED IT UP TO RECHARGE AND IT HAS NOT TURNED BACK ON. THIS WAS THREE DAYS AGO! I CALLED THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND THEY WANT ALL YOUR ADDRESSES, ETC AND KEEP ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTIONS WITH NO RESOLUTION. IN THE MEAN TIME, MY PREPAID TIME IS EXPIRING AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR WHEN THIS DEVICE IS NOT WORKING. HOW CAN TECHNICAL SUPPORT HELP WHEN THE DEVICE WON'T EVEN TURN ON BUT FOR 2-3 SECONDS?
