Why Can't I Receive Picture Messages?

call tech support, have them reset your sspm feature and reactivate aaa in the event that it has been turned off, have them reset the 3g soc on mvno as well and inquiry about th BT acision tool. they might also ask you first to remove the battery of the phone put back in and reprogram the phone. ask them to add 50 cents to your account and then try to send a picture message
