What Happened To My Minutes?

I put a 10 dollar top up card in my phone about 4 days ago and my balance was 13. and something. Now it says 14 cents. What happened to my minutes because I surely did not use 13, dollars in four days. Usually a 10 dollar card will last me a month. So?
